A birth doula provides emotional and physical support during labor and delivery, enhancing the birthing experience.

How can a doula help?

I offer guidance, comfort, and advocacy to help you create a positive birth story tailored to your needs and wants. In fact, doula translates into "a woman who serves." I can help you facilitate communication with medical staff. Also, I offer "release" of birth trauma and fears that may be holding you back from becoming the parent you want to be.

What is your experience?

With over 27 years of experience, I will provide you with encouragment, re-ssurance and natural pain management through the use of serveral techniques like message, counter pressure, and/or the use of a rebozo to name a few.

Do you offer prenatal classes?

Yes, I provide prenatal education to get to know you before birth, if possible, and answer any questions you may have on this incredible journey!

What are your fees?
